What is the cost of the training?
The cost of the training in India is US$595 per person (for online payment via credit card 30 days or more before the course date), US$695 per person (for online payment via credit card less than 30 days before the course date), or US$795 per person (standard rate).  This fee includes all materials, the ScrumMaster certification exam, a 1-year membership in the Scrum Alliance, and lunch on both days.  Travel, lodging, and any other expenses are not included.  To book online at the discounted rate, go to www.goodagile.com and click on the "Sign Up With Credit Card" link for the class you are interested in.  For booking via company Purchase Order, please email payments@goodagile.com.


Are there seats still available for a specific course date?
To find out at any time if there are seats still available, just go to www.goodagile.com and click on the "Sign Up Now" link for the course you're interested in.  If the class is sold out, it will say so on the form; otherwise, seats are still available.  If you'd like to register, the payment options available are online payment via credit card (at the discounted rate of US$595), payment via wire transfer (standard rate of US$695), or payment via cash (the local equivalent of US$695).  Please note that pre-payment is required for all bookings, and we can only confirm bookings once pre-payment has been received; we strongly recommend completing the payment as early as possible, since our courses can sell out in advance.


What are the payment options for registration?
The payment options available are online payment via credit card (at the discounted rate of US$595 if you book 30 days or more in advance, or $695 if you book less than 30 days in advance) or payment via wire transfer / invoice (US$795).  Please note that pre-payment is required for all bookings, and we can only confirm bookings once pre-payment has been received; we strongly recommend completing the payment as early as possible, since our courses can sell out in advance.  To book online, go to www.goodagile.com and click on the "Sign Up With Credit Card" link for the class you are interested in.  For payment via wire transfer, click here for instructions. Can I pay via wire transfer?
The instructions for payment via wire transfer are located here.  If you have any questions, please email payments@goodagile.com.  Please note that pre-payment is required for all bookings, and we can only confirm bookings once pre-payment has been received; we strongly recommend completing the payment as early as possible, since our courses can sell out in advance.  Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you an email confirming your booking. 


Can I pay via purchase order?
We can accept company purchase orders from approved clients; the cost of registration is US$795 per person.  (Please note there is a discounted rate of US$595-US$695 available if you pay online with a credit card).  Please email payments@goodagile.com for more information on payment via purchase order.


Can I pay by cash?
We are not able to accept payment via cash.


Can I pay by demand draft?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept payment via demand draft. 


What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation / date change policy is the following: Attendees cancelling or rescheduling 21 or more days before the start of the training course they've signed up for will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid.  Cancellations / date changes less than 21 days before the start of the training will be subject to a 50% penalty, and Cancellations / date changes less than 14 days before the start of the training will be subject to a 100% cancellation penalty.


What if I book for a date, but then have to reschedule?
Our cancellation / date change policy is the following: Attendees cancelling or rescheduling 21 or more days before the start of the training course they've signed up for will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid.  Cancellations / date changes less than 21 days before the start of the training will be subject to a 50% penalty, and Cancellations / date changes less than 14 days before the start of the training will be subject to a 100% cancellation penalty.


Can I get a receipt for my payment?
Yes, you will receive an email receipt, and we can also provide a hard-copy receipt if required.
